The pork tenderloin was perfectly roasted - and with that bit of dijon on top, and the drippings with pear slices just put it over the top. The hors d’oeuvres were great and the variety of tastes was a nice way to tempt the palette and start a culinary evening. The main course was very creative and the Filet Mignon was cooked perfectly.
